Enfocado en la progresión, el desarrollo, y la ejecución de movimientos dinámicos, explosivos y a "cámara lenta" en acrobacia aérea y calistenia aérea, este programa se creó como resultado de un análisis detallado de los movimientos. A través de este análisis, cada movimiento ha sido dividido en sus componentes básicos, como los "eslabones" que forman una larga "cadena". El objetivo de este manual es trabajar de forma gradual y metódica para sentir y comprender la clave de los movimientos en acrobacia aérea y calistenia aérea. Existen muchos caminos para llegar al mismo destino; The Aerial Movement® Volumen 1 es solo uno de ellos. The aim of the manual is to work gradually and methodically in order to feel and understand the key movements in aerial acrobatics and aerial calisthenics. There are many paths that lead to the same destination; The Aerial Movement’s Volume 1 is just one of them. Some of the topics presented in this manual have been summarized from scientific publications, and were selected based on their effectiveness in helping students attain their aerial acrobatics and aerial calisthenics goals. Whether we are circus artists, aerial acrobats or calisthenics enthusiasts, or consider ourselves professionals or amateurs, at this level, we are all athletes. While all precautions have been taken in the preparation of this manual, the author assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions, or for problems or damages resulting directly or indirectly caused or allegedly caused by the use of the information contained in this manual.
